Participation
Vincent Dance Theatre delivers a wide range of participation work in formal and informal education and community settings, engaging a diverse range of people locally, regionally and across the UK. Our work is inclusive and trauma informed, with safeguarding embedded in everything we do. VDT is particularly committed to working with young people and women at risk.
The levels of collaborative, creative, engagement achieved by both girls and boys was amazing. Big thanks to the Vincent Dance Theatre team whose detailed planning made the whole experience – particularly delivery for the staff – easy.

Huge (and sorry, very belated) THANK YOU from all our Year 8 students (and me!) for a fantastic Open Doors visit to you at Moulsecoomb Place last week. Our students really enjoyed all of the session’s activities that you kindly put together for them – you certainly packed a lot into the 2 hours and kept their attention, thank you. I’m really excited to take forward the safeguarding discussion into my learning and teaching of dance. I also feel like what I’ve learnt will be influential as I figure out how I want to engage with circus and develop a practice that fits with the kind of artist I’m interested in becoming.
