Special Project, Workshop, East Brighton
A LIVE SHARING of Art of Recovery will take place for an invited audience on Weds 2 December 2-4pm at Moulsecoomb Hall, Lewes Road, Brighton.
To accompany this sharing. VDT are staging our free, participatory Archive and Engagement Space at The Skep,Moulsecoomb Place
Drop in to explore VDT’s past productions, engage in creative activities, watch screenings and interviews and enjoy free refreshments in this beautiful, welcoming space. Our A&E Space is fully accessible and suitable for ages 14+. Open 10am – 6pm daily from Monday 30 November – Wednesday 2 December 2026.
This project is supported by RISE, East Brighton Trust, with funding from Sussex Community Foundation.Art of Recovery began in September 2024, with VDT hosting a series of workshops with women from Oasis Project,a unique charity in Brighton working with women in recovery from substance misuse. Art of Recovery (2026) is the sister project to VDT’s Art of Attachment (2018/21).
