An introduction to developing a Trauma Informed approach to managing people in the workplace

Led by Chief Executive Dr Charlotte Vincent and Participation Producer Antonia Grove, this training aims to develop a better understanding trauma and the impact it has on people’s lives.

Valuable for arts managers, HR professionals and executives and non-arts professionals working in healthcare, social work, education and law enforcement this training focuses on understanding how trauma can affect individuals’ behaviour, emotional regulation, and overall well-being and what practical measures policies and procedures can be put in place in the workplace to support staff wellbeing.
