Vincent Dance Theatre produces the work of Artistic Director / Choreographer Charlotte Vincent, who directs and designs productions on stage and on film. The company’s production work emerges from Vincent’s close partnerships with core collaborators whose personal contribution, imagination, skill and cultural backgrounds all impact on VDT’s work.
Increasingly our socially engaged participation work has driven VDT productions, bringing together our professional collaborators with non-professional participants, whose lived experience influence and drive the content of our work.
VDT works with a wide range of independent artists – performers, composers, film makers, facilitators – who work on specific projects with the company supported by a core management team supporting all of our activity.
A great strength of Vincent’s work is its continuity. She has committed herself to a team of performers who, over the years, have become familiar figures to her audience.
