Vincent Dance Theatre is running a series of creative workshops for women to connect with each other and explore moving together in a safe, supportive space. In these sessions we’ll try out some gentle, restorative movement, explore different ways to capture our ideas, share our stories, build confidence and support your wellbeing. If you have children, bring them along to join in or play alongside the session. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. No experience is necessary!
No need to sign up. Just come along on the day.
When: Wednesdays, 9.30-11.00am, starts Weds 3 June until Weds 8 July
