We’re Hiring

Vincent Dance Theatre is hiring!

VDT is seeking two new key roles an Executive Director and Digital Communications Manager to join AD/CEO Charlotte Vincent and the team in Brighton.

Vincent Dance Theatre (VDT) is an established company led by CEO/Artistic Director Charlotte Vincent, regularly funded by Arts Council England as a National Portfolio Organisation (NPO).

In 2014 VDT radically altered its creative and distribution strategies, collaborating with professional and non-professional performers to research, produce and distribute new work on stage, on film and online.

This work is seen in a variety of spaces and places across the UK and globally, with an extensive online and in person Participation Programme applying the work in a wide range of socially engaged, formal education and professional development contexts. Our Participation Programme converts audiences into participants, participants into audiences, and encourages everyone to creatively respond to the company’s work.

VDT’s approach has resulted in an Outstanding Diversity status from ACE over two consecutive years. We believe greater diversity and a wider range of views and ideas within our team is vital to making our work stronger, more relevant and more inclusive and we welcome applications from people that bring difference. We particular welcome applications from people of colour, people with disabilities (including ‘invisible’ disabilities or neurodiversity such as autism and dyslexia) and people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds in particular, as these groups remain underrepresented in our sector.
