Free Creative Workshop
Vincent Dance Theatre (VDT) and Quiet Down There (QDT) are continuing to offer free creative workshops for women and people who identify as women this spring to provide a safe, calm, reflective space for creative self-care. Led by Saj Farood, an artist/facilitator who works mindfully with a variety of crafting techniques, our Friday sessions unlock creativity and offer an opportunity for creative self-care.
A free laundry service and refreshments are available. Places limited to 3 people.
