Free Creative Workshop
Vincent Dance Theatre (VDT) and Quiet Down There (QDT) are continuing to offer free creative health workshops in Jan- Feb 2025 to provide women and those who identify as women a safe, reflective space for creativity and self-expression. Group sessions are facilitated by VDT’s Artistic Director Charlotte Vincent and visual artist Saj Farood to explore creative ways of carefully capturing women’s stories through writing, crafting, making and moving. Refreshments are provided!
