Leah Yeger

Leah is 12 years old and lives in Totnes, Devon. She has just started secondary school and is enjoying the new experience, despite the amount of homework! Leah is currently playing Hernia in a school play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and also plays violin in the school orchestra. She loves to sing, hopes to keep developing her voice and has just started dance classes, which she is enjoying. Leah loves swimming in the sea, even when it's freezing cold and spends lots of time with her friends. Leah’s aspirations are to perform on stage as well as singing and playing violin, which she is very dedicated too and is just about to do grade 5. She also feels strongly about justice and is thinking about becoming a lawyer. Leah is really looking forward to being involved in VDT show Motherland, and thinks it will be an amazing experience.
